Meet Natalie: Trauma-Informed Therapist in Orange County, California
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Life's challenges—whether trauma, anxiety, difficult relationships, or major life transitions—can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the path forward. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment where you can safely explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful healing and lasting change.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and life transitions person in Orange County and in telehealth throughout California. Whether you're healing from painful experiences, navigating a difficult season of life, or seeking greater self-understanding, therapy offers an opportunity to build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative. I integrate attachment-based, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centered, and trauma-focused approaches to help clients understand how early experiences and relationships influence present-day emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Together, we'll explore your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and respect—creating space for every part of your experience to be acknowledged and understood. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors each person's unique identity, background, values, and lived experiences. I believe healing occurs within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted, supported, and empowered to embrace your authentic self.
When working with children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate play, creative expression, and interactive activities to help them communicate feelings, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build emotional resilience. I also collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, recognizing that meaningful change is often supported through a strong partnership with the family.
Because every person's story is unique, I tailor therapy to your individual strengths, needs, and goals. My hope is that our work together helps you gain deeper insight, develop healthier relationships, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected as you navigate life's challenges.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and I deeply respect the vulnerability it takes to reach out for support. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and discover new possibilities for themselves. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward greater well-being.
