Meet Kyle: Therapist for Men, Athletes & Young Adults in Orange County
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood. Life can leave us feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or emotional pain that seem difficult to break on our own. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and develop the confidence to move toward a more fulfilling life.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults throughout Orange County and via telehealth across California. I have a special passion for working with men, athletes, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and compulsive sexual behaviors, including problematic pornography use. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by expectations, struggling with confidence, working through difficult relationships, or trying to make sense of painful experiences, therapy offers an opportunity to gain clarity, build resilience, and create lasting change.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, relational, and insight-oriented. Drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives, I help clients understand how past experiences and relationships continue to shape current emotions, behaviors, and patterns. I also integrate person-centered and evidence-based interventions to ensure therapy is both meaningful and practical. Together, we'll explore the underlying causes of your struggles while developing healthier ways of coping, communicating, and relating to yourself and others.
I have completed specialized continuing education through the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health (SASH), expanding my training in the assessment and treatment of compulsive sexual behaviors and problematic pornography use.
As a former Division I athlete, I also understand the mental demands of competition, performance, and identity, allowing me to connect with athletes navigating the unique challenges of sport and life beyond it.
Every client's story is unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My hope is that our work together helps you gain greater self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, and build the confidence to navigate life's challenges with authenticity and resilience. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward lasting growth and healing, and I look forward to meeting you.
