I work with children, teens, and young adults. I strive to create a space that feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming, where you can feel safe being yourself. I take a collaborative, attachment-based approach and enjoy incorporating creative and interactive techniques, including play, art, and EMDR when appropriate. I truly believe that therapy is a journey we take together, and it’s an honor to support my clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and grow.

    My Story

I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can impact their emotional well-being and relationships. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, expressing their emotions, and exploring what they may be experiencing.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, with a strong foundation in attachment theory. I believe our early relationships and life experiences can shape our sense of safety, connection, self-worth, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others. By developing a trusting therapeutic relationship, I work alongside each client to better understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop greater self-awareness and confidence.

I am trained in EMDR and may incorporate EMDR into therapy when it is clinically appropriate and aligns with a client’s goals. I also enjoy using creative and interactive approaches, including sand tray, art-based activities, and play-based interventions. These approaches can provide meaningful ways for clients—particularly children and adolescents—to communicate and process experiences that may be difficult to express through words alone. I strive to make therapy engaging, developmentally appropriate, and comfortable for each individual.

I genuinely value the opportunity to hear my clients’ stories and understand the experiences that have shaped them. I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients through periods of growth, change, and healing. My role is not to tell clients who they should be, but to create a space where they can better understand themselves, discover their strengths, and move toward the life and relationships they want.

For clients who are interested, I am also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality into therapy. I recognize that faith can be an important part of a person’s identity, values, relationships, and healing journey. I welcome the opportunity to explore spirituality in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and meaningful to each client.
